Hello?

If you live on Earth, yes the planet, Earth, you've probably heard about American's. Yes, we are the most overweight country in the world. Yes, the world. For over 15-years of my life I was obese, so I understand being overweight. Here's the bottom line on being, "chubby, plump, fat, big boned, sun blocker," it (insert borderline cuss word that rhymes with ducks) S--KS!

When you're overweight and out-of-shape it effects every area of your life. No really it does because it dials into your self-esteem and confidence. Everyday of your life you look in the mirror and want to look and feel different. NO ONE looks in the mirror and says, "Man, would you look at that belly. The way it hangs over my belt is so sexy!"

So why are so many people overweight when they can control how they look and feel? What is the deal with laziness, learned helplessness, feelings of failure and isolation?

Next month (January), health clubs across the country are going to rake in millions of $$$ in new memberships. 80% of these folks will not use their health club membership for more than 45-days. Why? Because it takes discipline and determination to make change in your life.

No one can do it alone. Here are some tips to help you.

-Find a like-minded group of individuals who value health and fitness.
-Give in to positive peer pressure!
-Do not overthink your desire to look and feel better!
-Once you start on the path to a healthier lifestyle, your personal and professional life will improve! Promise!

Please no lame excuses such as, "I don't have time ... It's too expensive ... I like looking like Shamu at Sea World." All lies.

Think about it. Did you office Christmas party look a 4-H convention? If so, get out, now! You're surrounded by stressed out, co-dependent people who are set-up for misery. Take control of you life, unless someone is better to run your life than you.

I know I paint big brush strokes. I know I use generalizations. Yes, I am pretty much black and white. The reason is, it is so simple!

I have NEVER heard anyone say, "Gosh, I wish I had not exercised today!" I've heard plenty of people say, "Gosh, I wish I had exercised today."

Gotta go workout so people I do not know think I look good.
